1) What we do

We provide professional services for:

  • Social media account recovery and access restoration
  • Impersonation/fake profile takedowns
  • Post-recovery security hardening (e.g., 2FA, session cleanup, device hygiene)

We operate independently and are not affiliated with Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, or X. We do not ask for your password and we use only official platform processes.

2) Eligibility and authority

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old, or you have verifiable parental/guardian consent.
  2. You are the lawful owner or an authorized representative of the account, page, or brand you ask us to recover or protect.
  3. You authorize us to liaise with platforms, submit forms, and prepare evidence on your behalf.

3) Engagement process

  1. Case intake: You submit a request with basic details and any evidence of ownership.
  2. Assessment: We review feasibility, risks, and required documentation.
  3. Execution: We prepare and file appeals, evidence packs, and follow-ups via official channels.
  4. Closure: We confirm outcome and provide post-recovery hardening guidance where applicable.

4) Fees and payment

  1. Advance: RM100, payable to open a case. This advance is non-refundable and covers analyst time and case setup.
  2. Success fee: Payable only if we achieve the agreed outcome for your selected plan (as published on our site). If recovery or takedown is not achieved, no success fee is due.
  3. Pricing updates: Prices and plans may change without notice for future cases. The price quoted at case opening applies to that case.
  4. Currency: All fees are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
  5. Taxes and charges: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or bank charges.

5) What counts as “success”

“Success” depends on the service you engaged us for. It is deemed achieved when any one of the following is met and can be evidenced by platform confirmation or demonstrated access:

  • Account recovery: you regain primary owner access to the specified account or the platform confirms reinstatement/unlock of the account.
  • Admin restoration (pages/business assets): your admin/owner role is restored on the specified asset.
  • Impersonation takedown: the reported impersonation profile/content is removed by the platform.

6) Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information needed to verify ownership.
  • Maintain secure devices, email, and phone numbers used for recovery throughout the engagement.
  • Inform us immediately if you regain access independently so we can close out escalations responsibly.

7) Confidentiality & data security

We treat all case files and evidence as confidential. Information is stored with encryption and restricted access, and deleted within our retention period unless regulations require longer storage. You agree to keep any proprietary tools, processes, or playbooks we share confidential.

8) Limitation of liability

Social Safe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a case is limited to the total fees you paid for that case.

9) Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute should first be addressed through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
